The Company operates 5 steel cutting and punching machines which are capable of handling laminations up to 150mm x 1m lengths with infinite hole configurations. In house steel cutting provide a high level of flexibility and this enables the company to very rapidly react to urgent customer requirement, whether at the prototype or production stage. The capacity exceeds 80 tonnes per month. Tooling is specifically designed tungsten carbide to cope with the harsh demands imposed by both grain oriented and high-grade silicon steels from 0.5 down to 0.1mm thickness.
